The Pickle Factory is strictly a rental facility, we do not curate classes or events. You must rent the space if you wish to hold a class, event, rehearsal, or video/photo shoot
If you are looking to book a one-off or monthly class, rehearsal, or event please book directly online. If you are interested in booking weekly rentals please reach out to info@picklefactoryfrogtown.com.
If you are interested in hosting a performance and require time for set up/tech, etc. please reach out to info@picklefactory.com.
We provide a 15 minute buffer time between rentals to allow for easy change-over.
A Pickle Factory Staff member will be there to let you in for your rental, make sure you have everything you need, and close up at the end of your rental.
If you are hosting a class or event, you will have to check in students yourself - the Pickle Factory staff do not currently offer this service

The current rental rates are as follows:
$75 per hour for independent artists/organizations + non-profits
Commercial group rates vary based on project

The Pickle Factory consists of a first floor space with an approximately 60’x40’ sprung dance floor with a 60’x8’ wall of mirrors, a 30’x40’ living area with seating and cubbies, as well as 2 bathrooms.
There is also a small 12’x13’ office space, which can be used for event check-ins, etc. on the first floor, and an upstairs 24’x12’ kitchenette/small conference area.
Please let us know if you would like to use the additional office or kitchenette/conference spaces for your rental.

We have 2 speakers and a subwoofer hooked up with an aux cable and adapters ready to go!

There is one spot available for the renter in our small lot, otherwise street parking is available in the neighborhood.
There is open parking on Gilroy st., on the same side as the studio, and 2 hour parking on the opposite side of Gilroy. There is open parking on Ripple after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

The Pickle Factory is a rental facility so independent artists/groups rent the space to host their classes. We have a list of the weekly classes above and will mention monthly and pop up bookings on our social media and newsletter. Please book classes directly with the artist hosting.

We strive to provide a seamless booking experience while ensuring the efficient use of our studio space. To maintain fairness and accommodate all our clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before Booking Start Time
• Clients may cancel their reservations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking start time to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days.
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Booking Start Time
• No refunds, reschedules, or modifications will be granted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time.
• This policy ensures the availability of our studio space is optimized and compensates for the challenges of rebooking at short notice.
3. No-Shows
• Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior cancellation will be treated as a cancellation within the 24-hour window, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
4. Modifications to Existing Bookings
• Changes to existing bookings, including rescheduling, must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No modifications can be made within the 24-hour window.
5. Agreement to Policy
• By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
